When setting personal goals or health goals or any goals which you need to achieve in life, specificity is king.

On average, an adult needs around 7-9 hours of sleep a night.
Spend time outside
Take a break from your work and routine life. Go to the beach, lake, park. As we all know Nature is a very powerful healer. You will be surprised to know that visiting a beach once a week helps you get rid of stress, you will be able to get a night of better sleep, you are grounding with the Earth, absorbing its electrons which improves health and slows aging.
